Sometimes you can contact the arresting officer or local sheriff’s office to find out which tow company picked it up. Call the impound yard to find out about fees. Act quickly – every day adds big bucks to your total.

Find a treatment center that’s right for you. If you happen to be in Brunswick County, NC, start with Anchor Initiative. If you’re not, call the sheriff’s department to see if they offer tangible help.

Catholic Charities is a good place to start, so is Salvation Army. They help lots of people and provide referrals. You can also call 211 from your phone for a referral from United Way.
